We offer Free Worldwide shipping on all orders & easy returns. Once your order is processed, you will receive tracking information to keep you updated on your shipment’s progress. Please note that delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. 

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination of your order. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance processes or carrier issues may impact delivery times. But overall delivery times typically range from 7-9 business days.

Change of Address
If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.

Order Cancelation
We aim to ship orders out as quickly as possible. Once your order enters processing, it's on its way to you in no time. You have a window of 2 hours from the time you place your order to request a cancelation. Return Policy

We strive to provide our customers with Clinic quality skin treatments that meet their expectations for cellular rejuvenation and glassy texture. We understand that sometimes a treatment may not meet your needs or expectations, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible.

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your kit to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the product needs to be in its original clinical packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it with all parts complete and unused for 100% hygiene.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@glascy.com. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or how we can improve our at-home treatments.

Return Shipping:

Customers bear the responsibility for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of an error on our part or if the rejuvenation kit is found to be defective/wrong item. Please note that shipping delays due to customs clearance, which are beyond our control, are not considered valid reasons for initiating a return.

In the event that your package arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong items, we will cover the return shipping costs. Customer must contact support within 60 days of receiving the product to report the matter.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your order for a different treatment, please indicate this when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged kit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to cancel your order.
